Direct booking means customers schedule appointments directly with your business through your own link or page, without a marketplace taking a commission.
Many booking platforms charge a percentage of each booking or redirect customers through a marketplace where they might choose a competitor. Direct booking is different: the customer books with you, on your page, with no middleman.
